Enrollment Guide 2011-2012

All employees will have an opportunity to choose the health plan that best suits their needs during open enrollment from May 9 through May 25, 2011.

STATE BENEFITS

For complete information on all the changes to State Benefits, including covering Adult Dependents to age 26, please refer to the two mailings that you received at your home address during the week of April 25, 2011, or go to the State Benefits website at http://www.ben.omb.delaware.gov/oe/index.shtml. Open Enrollment Booklets and eBenefits Quick Reference Guides are also available at this website.

DISTRICT BENEFITS

Our new Vision vendor is National Vision Administrators (NVA). Benefit coverage levels remain the same, but you will now have access to many participating retail providers such as Walmart and Pearle Vision Centers. ID cards for all employees enrolled in the Vision Plan will be mailed to your home address prior to July 1, 2011.
