How LTD Works – Rehabilitation Benefits
Benefits may be available to cover the cost of rehabilitation programs.
The insurance company will consult with your physician before authorizing
coverage for expenses. After rehabilitation has been approved, it is
up to you to decide if you want to enter the rehabilitation program.
Benefits are provided for all approved expenses, unless the program is
available at no cost to you or is provided under another plan sponsored
by the School District.
