Enrollment Guide 2011-2012

Open Enrollment will take place Monday, May 9, 2011 through Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Active employees must logon to eBenefits to enroll, change or waive benefits. If you are not making any changes, you do not need to logon.

STATE BENEFITS

  • New Consumer Directed Health Plan
  • Adult Dependent Health Coverage up to Age 26 - Adult Dependent Coordination Form
The following "New" enrollment tools to assist you in choosing a health plan, all mailed directly to your home:
  • "What's New 2011 Benefits Update Brochure" and "Federal Notices" from the State of Delaware
  • Personalized "Smart Enrollment Analyzer"ß

DISTRICT BENEFITS

  • New Vision Vendor – NVA Vision Program (National Vision Administrators, LLC)
  • New Vendor – Standard for Disability Pension Plan Members only coverage
District Dental, Vision and Supplemental Prescription have same Dependent Age Limits and rules as the State Under "Coverage for Adult Children Under Age 26" go to: www.ben.omb.delaware.gov/documents/COB for details.
