Enrollment Guide 2011-2012

Open Enrollment will take place Monday, May 9, 2011 through Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Active employees must logon to eBenefits to enroll, change or waive benefits. If you are not making any changes, you do not need to logon.

New Vendor – Standard for Disability Pension Plan Members only coverage
